Day 5 (Page One): How do astronauts learn to do their jobs in space?

Today we learned how astronauts train for their space missions. Fluffy and Flat Stanley visited the space shuttle flight simulator. This is a life size model that was built here at the Johnson Space Center. All the controls are exactly like the ones on the real shuttle that flies in space.  This is the place astronauts  learn to fly the space shuttle. This simulator allows astronauts to learn how to use all the switches, controls and computers that are in the cockpit.
