Name the Moon Satellites!

First grade engineers build models of the two new GRAIL satellites which launched from Kennedy Space Center in September and are now headed to the moon. In a few more weeks the satellites will orbit around the moon and send back new information about the moon’s gravitational fields, the inner core and the crust. Go NASA!

Now students will submit ideas they have for ‘cool” names for the twin satellites!
